Parent & Child Yoga

A chance to connect, move, and play — together. This special class invites one parent and one child to share in a joyful yoga experience filled with movement, laughter, and moments of calm. We’ll stretch, breathe, and explore mindful movement designed to strengthen connection and spark curiosity. Geared towards children between 2-6 years old.
